13/December/2015, Day 347. Sunday.
It was a weird day, full of activity, yet quiet and laidback at the same time.
We all got up early to go to church, and each of us got ready on time. So, as happens once every six months or so, we actually got to church before it started, unlike our usual five or ten minute tardiness.
After church we had a nice lunch at Pho Saigon in North Macon, then came home to relax a bit. Soon Sweetie got the urge to go shopping, so she and Grump drove off to Riverside Mall to buy socks for Kuya, then they did a little grocery shopping before coming home.
Dinner was pizza from Papa John's.
The best part of the day was spent watching the movie "Inside Out" after dinner. "Inside Out" is FINALLY available to be rented from Redbox, so Sweetie snatched up a copy while she and Grump were out. This was Sweetie's first time to see the movie, and she was impressed.
Like I said earlier, it felt like an odd day here. It was warm, maybe a little too warm; the weather seemed to inspire laziness. The forecast is for very cold weather to move in by the end of the week. Ugh! I wonder how all the plants that have begun to grow are going to take this next blast of iciness?
